Shipping
Order processing takes place from Monday to Friday at Blossom. Our standard shipping will take 2 to 7 days from the date your order is entered into our system.
Shipping within Canada:
We offer free shipping for all orders in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).
All orders are shipped via Canada Post, unless otherwise arranged.
Blossom offers free shipping on all orders over $100 before tax for
shipments within Canada.
Shipping for International Orders:
A shipping charge of $15 CAD will apply on all orders to the United States.
Orders shipped international will be charged a shipping fee of $25.

After placing an order, you will sent a confirmation e-mail/receipt that includes your order number.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for on-line orders.
If you would like to pay by money order, please send the money order by mail with a completed order form.
All orders shipped to Ontario addresses are subject to both GST (6%) and PST (8%). Customers from all other Canadian provinces will only be charged GST (6%) to their orders.
Return and Exchange Policy
We hope that you absolutely love everything that you order from Blossom.
Due to the nature of the products that we sell at Blossom, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund on any body or skincare products. We will exchange or provide a store credit for candle and accessory products (with a 15% re-stocking fee) within 7 days of receipt of your order. Products must be returned unopened and unused and in their original packaging.
If you would like to return an item for an exchange or store credit, please call us or send us an e-mail first to acquire a product return confirmation number. We will not accept any returns without a confirmation number.
We do not offer a credit on shipping fees, and you will be charged an additional shipping fee for any shipment to follow.
